Who is responsible

Hyradator.nu is operated by CCR Complementary Computer Rental AB (reg. no. 556462-0184), Hammarbacken 6B, plan 6, 191 49 Sollentuna, Sweden. We are the data controller for the details you give us here. If you have questions about your data, email info@hyradator.nu or call +46 8 404 17 00.

What we collect

• When you request a quote or the price list: your email address, your company's registration number, your phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your needs, such as number of units, rental period and dates.
• When you ask us to call you back: your phone number, your name if you give it, and what it concerns.
• When you click our phone number: the time, the page you were on and whether you used a phone or a computer. We only know who you are if you call.
• How you found us: whether you came from an advert, a search or a link, and the ad platform's click ID if you clicked an advert.
• If you tick the mailing box: when you did so and the exact wording you agreed to.
• If you contact us another way, such as by email or phone, we may add your enquiry to the same system.

For a sole trader, the registration number is the same as your personal identity number. We only rent and sell to companies and organisations.

Why we use your data

• To answer your enquiry, send a quote or the price list and follow it up. Legal basis: legitimate interest — you asked us to.
• To carry out, deliver and invoice a deal. Legal basis: legitimate interest, and the Swedish Bookkeeping Act for invoices and records.
• To email new price lists and offers. Legal basis: your consent if you ticked the box. If you are the contact person at a company that is our customer or has asked us before, we may also email you on the basis of legitimate interest. See Mailings.
• To see which adverts lead to enquiries and deals, so we stop paying for adverts that don't work. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To follow statistics on how the website is used. See Cookies.

Mailings

• We occasionally send new price lists and offers. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click.
• If you unsubscribe, you get no more mailings, however you came to be on the list. We then keep your email address on a suppression list, and only for that purpose.
• If you are a sole trader, or we have no registration number for you, we only email you if you ticked the box yourself.
• Mailings are sent with Rule, a Swedish newsletter service.

Who receives your data

• Lönsam tillväxt i Sverige AB (reg. no. 559529-9859) runs our marketing and the system where enquiries are handled, on our behalf.
• Services that process data for us: Vercel (hosting the website), Neon (the database), Resend (emails sent from the website) and Rule (mailings).
• Google and Microsoft: when an enquiry becomes a deal, we send the advert's click ID or a hashed version of the email address and phone number, so the ad platform can attribute the deal to the right advert. Hashed means the detail has been turned into a code that cannot be read, but that the platform can match against an account it already has.
• We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google and Microsoft are US companies, and the database and the servers that receive the forms are located in the United States. Transfers are protected by the EU decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for companies that have joined it, and otherwise by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

• Enquiries and phone clicks that don't lead to a deal are kept for no more than 24 months after the last contact.
• Details of completed deals are kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts and then for as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires, currently seven years.
• Your consent to mailings is kept until you unsubscribe, and then for as long as we need to be able to show that it existed.
• The suppression list of unsubscribed addresses is kept for as long as we send mailings.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics (visit statistics and measurement of Google adverts) and Microsoft Advertising (measurement of Bing adverts). These set cookies in your browser.

We also store a few details in your browser ourselves: how you arrived at the website (until you close the tab), the advert’s click ID if you came from an advert (for 90 days) and whether a click on the phone number has already been recorded (until you close the tab).

You can block and delete cookies in your browser settings. The forms still work.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have data erased when we no longer need it
• ask us to restrict how we use it
• object to our use of it on the basis of legitimate interest — you can always object to marketing, and then we stop
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we have already done
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
